5 p.m.              Ceremony begins @ Mount Zion Church in Cornelius (10 min. travel)

 

6 p.m.              Reception begins with cocktail hour. Open Bar and Hors D’oeuvres.

 

7:15 p.m.          Bride & Groom arrive.  Formal Introduction – Rocky Theme Song, followed by “Bring em out” by TI (Bride & Groom’s Entrance ONLY, T 775 – cut out initial vocals )

Bride & Groom’s 1st Dance – “Come Away with Me” by Norah Jones ( T 678 )

Formal Welcome – DJ Lamb, then DJ Lamb will instruct guests to seat themselves.

Formal Toast – 1) Best Man (Brother of the Groom) Mr. Kipp Simko.  2) Matron of Honor (Sister of the Bride) Mrs. Pam VanVlack.  3) Father of the Bride, Mr. Grassi.  No open mic!

Formal Blessing – Mr. Buford Nalley

Semi - Buffet with Heavy Hors D’oeuvres – DJ Lamb will announce that the Wedding Party will eat first

 

8:30 p.m.          Cake Cutting – I Belong To You by Lenny Kratvitz ( T 522 )
Father & Bride’s 1st Dance – “Then They Do” by Trace Adkins ( T 683 )

Mother & Groom’s 1st Dance – “Your Song” by Garth Brooks
Open Dance Floor.


Longest Married Couple Dance (Kenny Rogers).

10:55 p.m.        Last dance – “Not Fire, Not Ice” by Ben Harper (Client’s CD).

 

Ø                  Do NOT Play YMCA, Chicken Dance, Hokey Pokey, or Macarena.

Ø                  Play:  Cha Cha Slide, Cotton Eyed Joe, Electric Slide, Thong Song (RH59, Dedicated to Pam VanVlack), Rosa Parks (T464, Dedicated to Suny Courtland Graduates), Let’s Get Married (RH61), We Like To Party (RH54, Dedicated to Groom’s Father Mr. Joe Simko), Ice Ice Baby,  some country, hip hop, etc.  Requests acceptable.
