3 p.m.              Ceremony begins.  STACC

5 p.m.              Guests may begin to arrive.  Cocktail Hour begins.  No greeters.  Open bar (5-6pm).  Pleasant background music will be played while guests mingle.

6 p.m.              Bride & Groom arrive.  Formal Introduction (upbeat, Dave Matthews etc.)      

Bride & Groom’s First Dance – “Cross My Heart” by George Strait
Formal Welcome – Done by DJ Lamb.
Formal Blessing – Done by Father Joseph De La Cruz Matitu
DJ Lamb will announce the Sit Down Dinner.  Remind guests that the bar will be closed.

7:15 p.m.          Father & Bride’s 1^st Dance – “Because You Loved Me” by Celine Dion (cut off @ 3min)

Mother & Groom’s 1^st Dance – “It’s a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong
Open Dance Floor! 

7:45 p.m.          Formal Toast – Best Man, Mr. Leon Moose, then Matron of Honor Mrs. Maria Christina O’Donnell.  Open Mic (10 min max)
Formal Cake Cutting – “Recipe for Love” by the Harry Connick Jr.
Open Dance Floor!

8:30 p.m.          Bouquet Toss = “Wishin & Hopin” by Dusty Springfield
Garter Removal = “The Stripper”

10 p.m.            Reception officially ends.  Thank you to all Hilton Staff.

 

Ø      Do NOT play Hokey Pokey.

Ø      Do PLAY country, Hip Hop, 80’s, and a good variety of popular dance music, etc.

Ø      Requests and dedications acceptable (within reason).  Be as interactive as necessary.  Props & Giveaways okay, but no skits.  Orchestrate the “Moose” skit for Brett at some point.
